The question is "Can an EMT be successfully sued under the Good Samaritan Law?" it is highly unlikely if 1) the EMT is voluntarily without remuneration or other considerations expected or 2) the EMT does not act in a manner injurious to the patient and 3) the EMT's actions do not require EMS Medical Supervision.
