There are three types of mistakes which the parties may made during contracting .

They are . Common , Mutual and Unilateral mistake . When there is no consensus ad idem it will result in mistakes which are .

Common and mutual mistake may be confuse , but mutual one is when both parties are mistaken as to the offer , acceptance of the contract both thought differently and believe the other consent to what he said , it base on the fundamental matter of the contract while common mistake is oppose to that one .

Unilateral one is when one party is mistaken while the other is not .

Check in old English case of Smith VS Hughes .

At common law , the law declare any contract found under mistake as Void .

Equity apply flexible approach , may treat the contract as voidable , refuse specific performance , injunction or restitution . Contracts under Unilateral mistake especially are likely to be consider as void and those found based on mutual mistake .

Over the fence lives a witch And she cast grain in your yard What this mean?

This seems to me to be a hypothetical question, and has been entred just to see what answers you will receive. I will therefore give to one. First there are no such people who are witches. There are some who call themselves witches but in fact they are ordinary people like anyone else. Those who call themselves White Witches are only people who try and do good to others. Black Witches are people who have come under the influence of Satan. It is this writers opinion that they are ordinary people who like to call themselves witches. They have no special powers. They cannot cast spells neither can they influence your life unless you are weak minded or are susceptible to their hocus-pocus.

What do tyrants do?

According to the Wikipedia definition of tyrant:"Plato and Aristotle define a tyrant as, 'one who rules without law, looks to his own advantage rather than that of his subjects, and uses extreme and cruel tactics -- against his own people as well as others'."Another view: Tyrants were usually appointed by common assent to replace aristocrats who exploited the lower classes, and bring some equity and justice to the city-state.. The problem was that the displaced aristocrats sought to exterminate the tyrant, and he needed a bodyguard for protection. To get the money to pay them, he had to levy a tax which alienated the people they were protecting. This led to deposition of the tyrant, opening the way for return of the aristocrats. This was further complicated by the rise of democracy, which itself became degraded, and monarchs re-entred to scene. So there was a cycle of kings - aristocrats/oligarchs - tyrants - democracy and round again until the arrival of Macedonia brought kings again, then Roman emperors when Rome took over.
