There is no statutary limit on age for open carry. BUT you must have a gun permit which has an age requirement of 21 years.

I'm with the people at opencarry.org and Wyoming is one of our "Gold Star" open carry states. There is complete state preemption of all firearms laws, open carry is constitutionally protected and law enforcement is aware of its legality. And there is no Statutory Limit to open carry

"Anomalous" simply means non-uniform. Regarding weapons carrying laws, the word "anomalous" means that there is no single law that covers the entire state, and that local laws are the governing laws. For example, in Washington state, where I live, we are an anomalous carry state. Open carry is legal in some counties, not allowed in others.
