In the UK, you would be charged for actual bodily harm (ABH) for the assault. If you caused serious injury in the assault, the charge will be upgraded to grievous bodily harm (GBH).

If you harm the unborn child, you will be charged with child endangerment. Possibly attempted murder if investigators believe you assaulted the woman for the sole purpose to try and end the life of the baby.
If your assault results in the death of the child, depending on the stage of pregnancy, you will either be charged for destruction of a foetus or murder.

In many states a person with a black belt in karate is considered to have "deadly" weapons in a simple punch on another person. All that of course depends on the circumstances. However, punching a pregnant woman is assault, and if the woman should miscarriage as a result of the punch, the attacker can be charged with two assaults. Also, if a baby is actually determined to have been "killed" by the punch or if the woman is killed, then it's a murder case.
