If you fell as if someone is violating your personal space, or following you than call or visit the police!!! I feel that if you are uncomfortable than who cares what can be done legally. You can get a restraining order against anyone you want, so who cares if it is legal? I know i don't! Hopefully if you are a person who wants to stalk you can come to the realization that it is not a good thing to do.
