Martin Cash shot a man in envious anger for making

advantages on his beloved, the records do say that the

original crime was for house breaking. Martin did escape and

was spotted and a gun fight started. A police constable was

shot by martin and killed. Martin was found guilty and

sentenced to death by hanging, however, a last minute

he was let off and he was sent to Norfolk Island. There he

eventually became a trustee, and later a constable.
