What did Christopher Scarver say about Jeffrey Dahmer?

While Scarver, Dahmer, and Jesse Anderson (another fellow inmate who accused the murder of his own wife on two made up black men) were cleaning the prison bathrooms, Scarver went off and grabbed a dumbbell from the prison gym, went back to the bathrooms where Dahmer and Anderson still were, and smashed them both in the head with it. Dahmer died on the way to the hospital, and Anderson died two days later from his injuries. Scarver claimed he was Christ and acted on God's command.
