The Bill of Rights is the first ten amendments which were all added to sway the opinions of more Antifederalists to sign the Constitution. The Constitution needed only ten amendments initially to have enough supporters to be ratified.

No, of course not, and after four years, he has certainly done nothing to destroy the country; in fact, his supporters would say he has done a lot to improve it and help it. Even his opponents, while they disagree with his policies, cannot say he has tried to destroy the country.
