What you have described is sexual assault. No one has the right to touch you in a way that makes you uncomfortable. Sexual assault should be reported to the authorities as soon as possible. (As soon as you've addressed the immediate problem.)

Another View: While it definitely qualifies as an ASSAULT, it does not qualify as "sexual assault" anymore than it would be a sexual assault if someone gave a guy a "wedgie."

In order to qualify as 'sexual' assault an overt attempt to touch or fondle your private "sexual parts" would have had to have been attempted. What is described in the question is uncomfortable and moronic, but it does not meet the criteria for a 'sexual' assault.

If you are asking about what needs to be done with your bra, go handle it in the bathroom or just casually reach back and hook it back. Asking a friend or a female teacher to do it for you is also a good route to handle it if you yourself cannot fix it. If you are not able to fix the bra until later, keep your arms down, it keeps the bra in place (be sure that the cups are where they need to be). If you have a bra that hooks in the front, throw a jacket on and it will hide it until you are able to deal with it.
