What do you do when your friend is stalking you?

If you're not worried about your general well-being and he or she isn't threatening you, a trustworthy friend/or adult who knows more about the situation may be able to help you. But if you are at all worried about your safety, don't be afraid to talk to the police.You need to know if this person is really a stalker. They could just be someone who admires you and enjoys being around you. If it is a stalker, you should find out if it's something you can handle on your own without getting physically hurt, emotionally damaged, or forced into anything. If she is currently your girlfriend i wouldn't worry too much, maybe ask her to give you a little more space.

If she is your ex I'd ask her to stop, clearly but politely. If that doesn't solve the problem i'd ask her again to stop but in a more irritated way. Tell her it really bothers you and it's best to be more distant.

If she watches you through the second story window or has cameras in your bathroom...you should call the authorities.

There are a bunch of different ways to deal with this, for one you could try talking to her about it and ask her why she is stalking you, you could avoid her, or even talk to her parents. The LAST thing you want to do is break up with her if she seems psycho because that will upset her and she might get out of control. You could also try talkign to the police, or your school principle about it.

If she follows you everywhere you go and shows up in places unexpectedly she is probably stalking you. Also a good idea is to check her Facebook page.
