Article 1 deals with the Legislative branch.

Section 1: Splits Congress into 2 houses and gives them the power to make laws. Section 2: States the requirements for someone to become a Representative and gives term limits.

Section 3: States the requirements to become a Senator and gives term limits. Section 4: States that the Congress must meet once a year.

Section 5: Has to do with House membership.

Section 6: Has to do with Congressmen's salaries and prosecution of Congressmen.

Section 7: Describes the vetoing process.

Section 8: States the powers granted to Congress by the federal government. Section 9: Lists what Congress is forbidden to do.

Section 10: Lists what the states are forbidden to do.
