Justice always prevail in court law? do u agree or disagree

It is our expectation that if we are "wronged" by another individual, that the Court will render Justice to and for us and "right" the "wrong" that has occurred. Unfortunately, "Justice" is sometimes poorly served depending on the State in which you live, the Court System, the Judge, your wealth, and "who" you know in the community.

While the principle asserts that no one is above the law, various factors, including power dynamics and socio-economic status, can undermine its application. Ultimately, the effectiveness of justice systems varies widely across different contexts and societies. Therefore, while the aspiration for universal justice exists, its realization is often imperfect.
Probably the swing voter, Justice Anthony Kennedy. He has the power to determine whether the conservative or liberal factions prevail, because Kennedy is a moderate conservative who has, at times, sided with the liberals on the Court. The Chief Justice has no more voting power than any other justice.
