Most likely nbsp is/should be a computer code for non-breaking space (just a space), but has been printed out by some mistake.
Just tried to figure this out myself. Probably just "85.00 monthly" maintenance fees. NBSP appears to stand for non breaking space which is the database was probably suppose to just show as a blank space.
