The constitution says nothing about backpacks or locker searches (as backpacks and lockers were not overly common in 1783).
There is an unwritten assumption of a right to privacy, and the US Supreme Court has established that based on the Amendment that the government cannot search without just cause, it is wrongful for the state to search. However, exceptions are made for schools. There is significant debate whether or not this view that schools are exempt from the Amendment is actually constitutional.
If u r more practical, id say nike
get the comic, then it will say a number.copy it and the locker will open
The Constitution does. The government makes laws and enforces them but the constitution actually protects individual's rights. The US is a constitutional federated republic. The government is kept in check by the constitution. Without the checks and balances that the constitution provides, the government could take away all rights of the people, controlling all they say and do. A government without checks and balances usually ends in dictatorship.
I would say Wal - Mart and Target. They have backpacks from 10 dollars to 20 dollars which is pretty cheap compared to mall standards and high class backpacks. All you really need is a simple backpack.
Go for it!! Say 'can I kiss you?'
The Constitution does not explicitly address overthrowing the government. However, it establishes a system of checks and balances to prevent abuse of power and protect the rule of law. Overthrowing the government would violate the Constitution and undermine the principles of democracy and the rule of law.
i will say in your locker or your teacher's pocket
'le vestiaire' (most often used in the plural: les vestaires) is the name for the locker rooms in French.
