Timothy L. Eidson graduated from Georgia State University College of Law in 1986 and passed the State Bar of Georgia in 1987. Eidson served as an assistant district attorney in the Alapaha Judicial Circuit for about 14 years of his legal career. Eidson left the District Attorney's Office in 2004. In 2006, Eidson became an assistant public defender in the Cordele Judicial Circuit. In 2007, Eidson was appointed Circuit Public Defender for the Cordele Judicial Circuit and continues to hold that position.
