feelings of unsatisfied want's with no thought of how to gain constructivly.

Peer pressure, from hanging around with people who do crimes.

I have heard that some like the thrill of doing something, they are not suposed to do.

Then you get into the weird assumptions of psychologists, who want to justify it

with an alegid sickness.
