it doesnt matter about skin color or race a parent should adopt any child they want if they have the permission by the gardian.. your welcome race and color makes you look different but still one with dark color looks a human's child, so owning such a child is a thing to proud of. so go a head n be proud to be a human

It is not the color of the skin that matters. It is the character of the man. Race should not matter.
