If you're just driving a bobtail (i.e.: tractor only), you're not in violation. If you have a trailer over 10,000 lbs. GVWR attached to that tractor, and you only have a Class B, then you're going to be put Out-Of-Service on the spot. You'll be ticketed and fined, and you'll receive points on your CSA2010 report (which will also affect the company).
20 years to Life
That would all depend on what you are driving, the gross vehicle weight, whether or not you are driving for hire, etc. It is actually considered driving without a license if you are driving out of class. If a person with a standard class d driver's license(passenger cars and small trucks) is caught driving a Tractor Trailer that weighs 80,000 lbs, then you can forget about your licenses for a while.
No
Driving without a license in Virginia is a Class 2 misdemeanor, punishable by up to six months in jail and a fine of up to $1,000. Additionally, your vehicle may be impounded. Subsequent offenses carry harsher penalties.
That's the class of licence you're required to have in order to drive an 18 wheeler...
what is a class u felony in va for driving with no liscens
If you have a qualified licensed driver in the passenger seat, there are no penalties. In Oregon, driving on a permit without a licensed driver, it would be a class B offense with a fine of up to $360.00 If it's driving a motorcycle without an endorsement then it's a class A offense with a fine of up to $720.00 In Arizona, your permit would be rescinded and you would have to wait until you are 18 to obtain a full license. Other states are different. You would have to look up the vehicle code for your state or jurisdiction.
Go to a truck driving school
I wouldn't be caught dead in sleeping during the class.
Your in big trouble :P
Only if you don't get caught...
You don't have to go to university - you go to a three to four week long truck driving school.
