There is no way to answer these questions - no one can know what is in the mind of the judge you will go in front of. The worst case scenario is this: your probation could be revoked and you will be sent to jail to serve the remainder of your sentence behind bars. AND, in addition, you will be prosecuted for the new offense too.
Possibly the authorities know something you don't and/or it takes time to process the case.
If you drink and drive and pick up a DWI or worse DUI, then you are in violation of your probation. However, if it was not specified otherwise in your original court papers, then drinking should not be a violation of your felony probation.
Your probation officer is going to pick you up and send you to jail. My advice is to run away.
He goes home to the north pole to pick up mrs Claus then they go on vacation for a while.
have your girlfriend or in your case your mother pick them!! plain and simple and wash your back once in a while when you shower.
If your local probation office isn't a bunch of cheapskates, it can be. There's an Adulterants test that will pick up detox drinks, but it has to be run as a separate test.
Yes if they want to spend the time and money to pick you up.
You can, but if you do, you could pick up another charge: absconding. If you leave the state, you could pick up a felony fugitive warrant. If this should happen, hope that local law enforcement picks you up before the FBI comes looking for you.
nothing happens if you dont pick berries. they'll just die eventually
If you pick off your keloid it grows back.
Although many people put it near the base of the neck, there is no proper location for a pick holder. Place it where it is most convenient to reach for a pick while playing, provided you can still put the guitar in the case and close it.
If you VOP'd AND was arrested for another offense, the likliehood is quite high that you would be remanded to jail to serve the unexpired portion of your original sentence, or at least until the prosecution of the new offense is completed.
