On a handball court, two teams play against each other trying to throw the ball into the opponent’s goal. Players pass, dribble, and shoot kinda like Basketball + soccer mixed together. Each team has 7 players (including a goalkeeper). The game is super fast, lots of running, quick passes, and jumps. Fouls, penalties, and free throws also happen if someone breaks the rules.
So basically, it’s a high-energy game where the main goal is to score more than the other team before time runs out.
