Ford is in little fear of going BK anyway..... The stock of ANY company that goes BK is almost always worthless...(or very close to it). Generally, any stock in the restructured Co is owned by the creditors that lost money on the originall one...part of their payment for not getting paid fully being they get the stock. Makes no fair sense the stockholders should get to not pay the debts and alos keep ownership.
