cars don't have warrents attached to it. If the owner has a warrent out for him then the car of course will be pulled over and they will ask you where he or she is witch can also lead to you getting in trouble if you lie. They can put an apv out for a missing, stolen, or wanted car but that's all. Get the warrent taken care of as soon as possible and make sure to call the court house to get the warrent lifted and drive around with proof that the warrent was taken care of and you will be fine.
