When people litter, it's not good. Animals could come by and eat the litter and get very sick. They could also get stuck and suffocate in something like a plastic pop can holder. Or, litter could end up in the ocean and destroy the water. The water we drink comes from oceans and lakes and it's purified but this process may not get the germs from the litter out. We could drink it and get sick. And the most important thing is, litter could pile up. It gets blown around and touched and picked up. Eventually if no one throws the litter away, it could destroy the Ozone layer. So never be lazy and never litter! If there's not a trash or recycle can nearby, put the trash in a bag and throw it away when you find one. You will not die if you can't throw it away NOW. You will if you litter!
