I guess it depends how much the difference in age is. If the older person is not using the younger person or vice versa and there is genuine love I don't see anything wrong with it. They could be a perv.

They May marry a younger personyes if you are the young one and you are over 18 the answer is yes.

But you must consider what they will look like when they get older,

if it is a older woman you want to Mary then be sure to meet the mother

because she will look just like the mother or if it is a he you want to marry

then look at both of them and then think about what you want to do.

The older person is getting a good deal because they don't have to worry about changing the bed sheets after the older one gets incontenent (can't control there bowels) it just gets every where.

Then you have to think about helping them get around and and you can never leave them alone, there are pros and cons. Be sure the older one has home so you don't have to buy one. There is a lot to consider. But if your the older one you have to do the night life even if you too tired.

This is a tough question, and the question does not stipulate what the age difference is How young a teen are we talking & how old is the man, what is the disparity?

love is the most vague thing in the world and there is no way to quantify or measure, but it happens when & where it happens and the difference between love & abuse is sometimes hard to fairly describe.

There are many instances where a younger woman seeks an older man for security or support. There are times when older men seek younger women to manipulate and use them. Neither is always true, sometimes people of disparate ages just wind up together and are happy.

On the other end of the scale is the young woman who selects an older man for money or prestige. That person (woman) is often called a "Gold Digger".

Other times people of similar ages wind up together and are miserable, so a hard and fast rule is difficult to define.

In western society any sexual or romantic emotional relationship with a girl under 18 by a man over 21 is considered suspect in motive. In most states it is also illegal for any male to have sexual contact with a girl under 16 (18 in some states).

Even males the same age as the girl can be arrested for sexual contact with girls under 16 in most states. Some stated do have so called "Romeo & Juliet" laws where young (underage) lovers the same age are exempted from prosecution.

Certainly, old people can date young people. People can date anyoen who is willing to date them. As the age difference increases, that becomes less and less common.
