If the court granted it, then you're divorced. If not, then you aren't. Generally courts make sure that a reasonable effort has been made to notify the non-filing spouse, but if notification is impossible because the non-filing spouse is actively avoiding service and the filing spouse has made what the court considers to be a good-faith effort, they may go ahead and grant the divorce.
