Identification
His credentials are whatever he or his organization made on their printer. There is no authority, public or private, that 'credentials' UFO investigators. You become a UFO investigator just by saying you are.

'Agent' can be many things, but if the person has DEA credentials or identification, it is most likely that they have arrest powers.

To find your organization site ID in EMMA (the Electronic Media Management Application), you can use the GetOrganization function. This function retrieves details about your organization, including the site ID. Simply call this function with the appropriate credentials, and the response will include the site ID among other information.
Not sure the question, but credentials are either your public status/title or in some cases what information you might use to sign in to websites, PC's etc.
