The definition of ethics is a set of principles or values that govern what is considered right and wrong behavior in a particular context or society. It guides individuals in making moral decisions and behaving ethically in their interactions with others.
The shared views about who should govern a society, and by what means, best describes political culture. Values are the shared ideas in terms of what is considered good or desirable.
Two important rules govern revocation: an offer can be revoked any time before it is accepted, and a revocation becomes effective when it it received by or communicated to the offeree.
Commonly accepted social behavior is known as social norms. These are unwritten rules that govern how individuals should interact with each other in society, guiding what is considered appropriate or inappropriate behavior in different social situations. Adhering to social norms helps maintain order and cohesion within a community.
