A "wage order" is an order from the Bankruptcy Court ordering the debtor's employer to pay the Chapter 13 Plan payment directly from the debtor's wages to the Bankruptcy Trustee. It is basically a garnishment to ensure that the Chapter 13 Plan payment gets paid.
