That patent date is found on shotguns manufactured by J. Stevens Arms & Tool Co.

July 10, 1902 Patent application was filed on a pump action shotgun that would become the Stevens Model 520.
Central Arms shotguns were made by several manufacturers, but that patent date says J Stevens Arms and Tool Co.
They were made in the 1930s and there is no serial list by year. These are NOT Brownings but were made for the SEARS store by various makers, but not the Browning Arms Co. It was built on Brownings patent and made by Stevens.
This model was made by Savage between 1930 and 1949. Dates by Serial are unknown
Pretty much almost impossible to tell the model just by the sn.
