It depends on the crime aslong it is not a violent crime excluding"rape,murder,armed robbery,malisish wounding"it will be either probation,community service,or depending on the state some time away from home in a juvy correctional facility most likely as long its not one of the formost mentioned above the person should be okay, im not saying its okay to commit a crime just saying it wont be a harsh as the punishiments that go along with the others above!
