Natural justice is also known as 'Procedural Fairness' and is concerned with just and fair legal processes and proceedings. This is one of the major reasons judges and majistrates provide a reason for their decision. It also attempts to stop a decision maker from making a decision 'Ultra Vires' ( latin - "beyong their powers").

NOW; The Rule Of Law is vastly different from the concept of natural justice (although they may be linked). The Rule of Law is used in 'western democratic' societies and legal systems. It is a principle that the law be known and applicable to all citizens - including Government. The Rule Of Law basically declares that the law is the ultimate authority and not the government or judiciary.

I hope this has been useful and is not to complex; if so leave a comment in the discussion and I'll get back to you at a later date.
