T.E.A.M Together Everyone Achieves More

There is no 'I' in team. It is a general law of nature that when we freely give we freely receive. By not empowering workers, you are not maximizing on the benefits available through utilizing creative minds of workers. These individuals could be full of ideas and potential that may turn into valuable profitability for an organization. In fact, not empowering workers is dangerous because workers feel suppressed and eventually become angry, and do things to sabotage profitability for business.

At the very least, therefore, workers should be empowered so they do not purposely create obstacles to corporate profitability.
