You can sometimes speak to the judge during an arraignment. If you are not called upon, you do not want to talk to him.
talk to a judge and tell him/her that you don't want to live with your mom no more!! tell them why and tell them you want to live with your dad!!

You cannot get out of testifying in court just because you don't want to do it. If you feel unsafe about it, you can talk to the judge about it.
tell the person you want it removed and do it nicely, if that dont work then talk to the judge.
There really isn't an age, the child can tell the judge where he want's to go but that isn't always the way the judge will go but he will take it into consideration.
