My answer would be to just let them do what they want to do. Wait for a few days and tell them to leave you alone and if they don't that's when you go to the boss but first give them a chance to leave you alone. Even after the boss tells them to stop and they don't that's when you get a restraining order on them If you don't want to go that far them get a new job.
