What is the best way to change your identity?

well, if you want to change your name, if you don`t think it suits you or you just don`t like it, you have three options: 1) you can change your name legally 2) you can make yourself a nickname and get everyone to call you by it 3) you can lie about your real name and say it is another I`d go with the 1st or 2nd choice. Lying is never a good choice, unless you really need to. Or you just can`t help it.

You can change your name pretty easily. The law library at your nearest courthouse probably has a form you can fill out, and you will pay the filing fee to change your name. You cannot completely change your identity. There will always be some link to show that you used to use the former name. Your social security number will stay the same as well.

Remove your glasses in a phone booth just as disaster begins to strike, and take your shirt off to reveal a big red "S"on your undershirt. Maybe a cape and a cowl would be more your speed.

Alternatively, each state has mechanisms in place for people to legally change their names. Check with your local public records office.

Although it's considerably slower than the Phone Booth method.
