If an 18 year old has moved out living on their own, no curfew. If they are still living in MY home, then midnight during the week and 1:00am on weekends. If the roof over their head is being provided by someone else, then house rules.... the hours they keep should not have a negative impact on others living in the same house and coming and going at all hours does exactly that.
