What is the difference between an open society and wengerocracy?

Wengerocracy is a form of government where the people watch and listen to the leader of the country the entire time that person is leading the country where as an open society is a society characterized by a flexible structure, freedom of belief, and wide dissemination of information.

Wengerocracy was first written by Nathaniel Wenger who first called the idea civilocity. It was written in 2007 as a term used to watch the president of the Untied States of America 24/7 365 days a year including the extra day once every four years broadcast live on channel one to the entire country on public television. He later renamed it wengerocracy to make the idea universally applied to all leaders and defined it as a form of government where the people watch the ruler entirely amongst their reign.

An open society was first written by Henri Bergson and later developed by Karl Popper. Neither Henri Bergson or Karl Popper mentioned the importance to watch the leader of the country you live in in their controversial books on an open society.
