A lot of this answer will depend on where you live and what the climate is like. In the UK:In summer, the weather is hotter so those of us without air conditioning will get grumpier, causing mistakes and road rage.

The days are longer in the summer so you're way less likely to be driving in the dark.

In the winter you are more likely to be tackling poorer road conditions and visibility due to ice, snow, rain or fog.

The sun rises later and sets earlier in the winter so you will deal with glare from the sun during rush hour if you're travelling towards it.

If you break down or get stuck in a traffic jam in the middle of winter, you will freeze your backside off if you haven't got any emergency supplies in your car.
