What is the difference between smart and intelligent?

Smart is something one can become. It is more a categoric term for someone of whom posseses natural intelligence, who may have used natural, intellectual ability to their advantage. This is known as being 'smart'.

In comparisson with intelligence, we could say that this is again, a natural ability possessed in varying levels, by different individuals.

It is just a difference in that some may harvest their natural, often high intelligence, to become 'smart'.

If you are intellegent, it means you are clever or you are born clever however if you are smart, it means you are clever but you are witty, you have street smarts and you use your intitive.
