I'm almost positive it is 16, provided you can support yourself you can show you can legally support yourself money wise. For more information, go to your local social services department.They'll give you all the advice you need.Even help financially!

I think you will have to have one safety qualification, such as... a bronze medallion or a st John of God training session and around the age of 13/14 or older. But it also depends on how mature you are.
