The Florida Statutes do not provide a clear answer as no statute directly addresses the issue. The Florida Statutes state that a license to sell can only be issued to a person who is at leat 18 years of age or to a corporation whose shareholders are at least 18 years of age. However, it does not address employees unlike the alcohol statute which states a person under 18 can sell alcohol from a grocery store but cannot serve at a bar.
