TO correct the wrongful act of the criminal offender .to insure that the punishment shall be exercise . and to separate the criminal offenders to the community in order for them to be safe. correction is not hell it is the institution helps to rehabilitate the people commit a criminal act. correction is one of the five pillars or Philippine criminal justice system.......... take it from me bluebird.
