It is more like 50% - my boyfriend's sentence got put down to a misdemeanor - they took off 50%, but nothing has changed.. also expect lots of changing dorms/rooms and accidental misplacement into more of the intense lockdown parts of the jail... be ready for anything and stay humble, that way you will just serve half your sentence, hopefully - hope that helps - the 3-10 day rumor is just that...
