This depends on whether you are looking for aircraft speed limits or motor vehicle speed limits.

It's not that there is a speed limit, but you can't go to the end of the runway. For most passenger airliners, takeoff speed is about 135 to 155 knots. It's just a matter of how long it takes the plane to accelerate to that speed.
The speed is two fold. One- you must be at safe turning speed for the particular aircraft and Two; it must be at or below the maximum taxi speed. High Speed Taxiways are just taxiways that curve off the runway, allowing for a greater turn radius (in stead of a T intersection its more like a J).
Taxiways are designed to facilitate the safe and efficient movement of aircraft on the ground. Key considerations include their width, which must accommodate the largest aircraft expected to use the airport, as well as their layout to minimize conflicts with runways and other taxiways. Design also incorporates proper signage, lighting, and markings to guide pilots, along with appropriate drainage systems to prevent water accumulation. Additionally, safety areas adjacent to taxiways are included to enhance emergency access and aircraft maneuverability.

The speed for general purpose vehicles is limited to 15 KMP on taxiways and ramps. Special purpose vehicles are limited to 10 MPH.
Airplane taxiways are called airplane taxiways. Specific taxiways are generally assigned letters of the alphabet, and will be referred to by using the corresponding letter from the phonetic alphabet. The area where aircraft park to load, unload, or refuel is referred to as the "apron" or "ramp."
