If you "stalk" someone you are most probably breaking multiple laws and you can be prosecuted for it in a variety of ways under a plethora of laws. At this point, it becomes more than stalking, and now falls under "tracking." Tracking without a federal warrant is highly illegal, and would break both state and federal laws, so I'd stop if this is what you're doing.
