There is no specific law against it. However you (or your parent/guardian in you are a minor) may sign charges against the teacher for Public Profanity as long as two or more persons were present.
§ 97-29-47. Profanity or drunkenness in public place.
If any person shall profanely swear or curse, or use vulgar and indecent language, or be drunk in any public place, in the presence of two (2) or more persons, he shall, on conviction thereof, be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) or be imprisoned in the county jail not more than thirty (30) days or both.
No.
Because it has videos that you aren't supposed to watch. Some of youtube's videos are okay, but some of their movies are inappropriate due to their swearing, inappropriate actions and other improper stuff. And the teachers at school won't allow students to watch such movies or go on the youtube website, since teachers can't monitor their students. So when you're on the computer at school do not go on youtube and then you won't have to worry about getting in trouble.
Here in Canada, the teachers walked out of school for a week to protest and do charity work around the comunity. As students, we could get all of the students in our school to go on a walkout to help the teachers and go against the government. Just a suggestion! :)
because the teachers probably feel insecure about his/her own life and picks on the students to feel about him/herself. Teachers have authority in the classroom and, unlike adults, students can get in trouble for taking a stand against being picked on by a teacher. It is NOT an effective method and only hurts students' self-esteem. Teachers who put students down should be fired immediately.
Violates the Geneva Convention's Act on Collective Punishment
Teachers and students are protected under section 1983 when principals, and even public labor union leaders discriminate against them ( i.e. deprive them of some constituional or civil right) using their positions to do so-and because he/or she (employee) participated in some protected activities against their employer or teacher. Teachers are required to follow laws and school policies when it comes to their behavior in the classroom. They cannot discriminate against students, use physical punishment, or violate students' rights. They must also maintain a safe and respectful learning environment.
Swearing at someone is not necessarily illegal, but it can be considered a form of verbal abuse or harassment, which may be against the law depending on the circumstances.
