Everything. Not all of it will be on the test, but there are like 3 different tests so you can't know in advance which questions will be on it. A lot of it is common sense, but things you might want to study are the street signs, what the shapes and illustrations mean, distances before you do something like turning or stopping and the speed limits in different areas or conditions.

Ditto to the above, also spend more time reviewing penalties and fines for driving offenses such as drunk driving and others. Read and re-read the book, I suggest at least three times before you take the test.
