I've been offered a job at a bank in Colorado, I'm originally from California where in 1997 I was charged/convicted of welfare fraud. After completing probation & paying the funds back the conviction was reduced to a misdemeanor from a felony. Will this show up on a FBI or Colorado Bureau of Investigation check?
