Under 14 years of age: Can ride a dirt bike (or Off Road Vehicle) IN a CLOSED court, under parental or adult supervision and wearing all safety equipment as well as following all safety rules and regulations.

Child must have taken a course from a recognized establishment and possess certifications and licenses.

Age 14 and up: Can ride in an open area, but must be accompanied by a parent who holds all required certifications and licenses, at all times.

Must follow all safety rules and regulations, and wear protective equipment.

Ages 16 and up: Must have taken a course from a recognized establishment and posses all certifications and licenses.

No longer requires supervision.
