You should demand they remove it immediately. If you have already told them and they ignored you then perhaps you should hire an attorney to send a letter on your behalf. The letter could be your proof they were informed of the situation if you need to eventually go to court over this matter. The attorney's letter would explain the problem and that the neighbor is in violation of law by attaching their fence to your property. She/he would explain they would be responsible for any damages you sustain due to their actions. It would give them a time period during which the fence would need to be removed from attachment to yours. The letter should be sent by certified mail. You must make certain to keep a copy of the letter, with your proof it was received, in a safe place along with the attorney's bill for their services.
A letter from an attorney should solve the problem. If not then you will need to sue them and get a court order to remove the fence.
Live in a twin what? Do you mean a duplex?
No. For example, if you thought your neighbor's fence was on your property, and you told him "If you move your fence back a foot I'll pay to have it moved and give you $500 besides," he might happily agree (and in the case of a small section of fence it might even be cheaper than having a survey done and taking him to court, particularly if there's a chance you might be wrong). However, a survey plus a court ruling is about the only way to FORCE someone to move a fence.
well if she told the policce then first she needs witnesses and then it will be taken to court and if you found giulty you could go to jail
its very wrong to have kids haveing sexual intercourse with eachother!!
My parents went through this a few years ago. Nobody does. It's usually the party who wants the fence repaired/replaced. My parents were fine with the old fence and told our neighbors "No" they will not help with the cost. Neighbors could do nothing about it. They replaced the fence anyways.
Jesus then told a parable about 'the good Samaritan'.
The teacher told me to keep working on my assigment, instead of talking to my neighbor.
I was told by my neighbor who called the pfd office a week or so ago and they told her it would be around $3,400 but i have yet to see an official release.
The way to get your neighbor to keep her Doberman Pincher in her yard is to hand her the vet bills! Yes, you have every legal right to do so. Her dog came onto YOUR property. This dog can do some great damage and you can bet if your Pitbull decides to take on this Doberman and does damage your neighbor will charge you for vet bills. Also call the ASPCA and report it and do it the next time her dog comes into the yard. This Doberman Pincher is asking for trouble! I once had a problem like this before, except is was between my cat and my neighbor's German Shephard. You see, my cat was walking around in my backyard, and the neighbor's dog kept looking through the various holes in the fence. One day, when I happened to be outside, Bear, the German Shephard, busted through the fence after my cat. Anyway, to get to the point, after the first try, he kept coming back after my cat. So eventually, I called animal patrol to see if they could help with the problem. The woman who came out to help told me that the reason that Bear keeps breaking through the patched up fence is not only that he is chasing our cat, but also that because he has actually been in our yard and urinated, the know thinks that our yard is part of HIS territory. So anyway, to try to help, mabye you have the same kind of problem. Mabye this Doberman thinks of your yard as HER yard, even if there are 2 other dogs occupying "her new territory". Mabye if they get her fixed it would help a little. Hope I helped!!! =) ~Jessica~
Pilate told Joseph that he can have the body.
"Mending Wall" by Robert Frost is told from a first-person perspective, with the speaker reflecting on his interactions with his neighbor while working together to repair their shared stone wall.
Joe did not mean to harass his neighbor, but that's what the police were told he was doing.
